Usually we'll send you a link to the one you need. If you're not sure which to use, call us before you download anything.
Checks what your current PC has set up (apps, accounts, drives, printers, OneDrive and network) so we can set up your new one the way you're used to.
Point it at a folder of emails saved as .msg or .eml files and get one PDF per email, each keeping its email's exact filename. Nothing leaves the PC.
We add tools here as we build them for our clients. Need something for your office? Tell us about it.
How they work
The tools run under your own Windows account. They don't ask for administrator rights, install anything or change your settings.
You review the results on screen, and a copy is saved on your PC. You decide whether to send anything to us.
Some tools do their work entirely on your PC and send nothing at all. When one does report back, it goes over an encrypted connection to the technician working with you, and only once you press Send.
